I
am able to provide care for up to 6 children at any one time and my
service is available for children from the ages of 3 months to 16
years.
I
can pick children up from all local schools and nurseries. Nether
Robertland Primary and Stewarton Academy are right on my door step!
I
provide safe and reliable care for your child, in a family based, warm
loving environment. Children can learn through life experiences such as
small outings to the shops, visits to soft play and toddler groups, as
well as interacting with other children when visiting other childminders.
They will also enjoy funfilled activities in my home such as dressing
up, arts & crafts, baking, story time and free play.
I
have a vast range of resources, both indoor and outdoor to help
stimulate children. I am a member of the East Ayrshire Council Toy
Library. This allows a wide range of resources, ensuring that all
children’s needs and interests are met. It also helps each child at
their stage of development.
Within my service, I provide healthy home made meals where required.
It’s important that children have a healthy balanced diet. I believe
that children should be taught table manners at an early stage and so,
all meals are served at the table, with babies in high chairs. Children
are encouraged to feed themselves, to try different foods, flavours and
textures.
Parents are welcome to provide their own food for their child if the
prefer, which I can prepare for them.
I
work closely with parents to ensure the care I provide is what they are
looking for in a Childminder. I give each child a daily diary which
ensures parents are always kept updated with their child’s progress.
This also gives the parent a chance to update me on any recent changes
to their home routine, holidays etc.
My
working hours are:
Monday through Friday from 07.30 to 18.30
Saturday from 08.00 to 14.00
